Download app for Ricoh (ver 3.1.0) and install it by following the included installation guide.
Securely link with the cloud

Once the printer app is installed, use the following linking code, or scan the QR code on the printer's screen with your phone. If you are upgrading, this step may not be required.

How to install Lite Release

Link your device
1. As an Admin, login to Admin Console of your Toshiba device.
2. Click 'Administration' tab — Setup - EWB link.
3. Under 'URL List for Menu Screen and Hard Button', click 'Add'.
4. Enter 'Lite Release'for the 'URL Name' field.
5. Copy the link below into the 'URL' field and click 'Save'.

Card convertor

To use this printer, current swipe card users must re-associate their cards.

Apply conversion Provide input in Hex2Dec, Regex, or AsciiEncoded formats. Use the placeholder as a guide for the expected format.

Uninstall this printer app

This action cannot be undone.

Delete app from the printer

Follow Uninstall instructions section of installation guide.
