Seeing a sudden activity spike? Check the Job Log to discover what's happening. Keeping an eye on yearly trends can also help you spot usage highs and lows throughout the year. This may help you anticipate future usage, maintenance, and paper/toner ordering.
Track print policy effects
Using Reduce Waste settings to address waste through encouraging behavioral changes? This is the fastest way to spot if the settings are having an effect. E.g.: is the graph showing printing or copying volume decrease since you implemented a reduction policy? If not, maybe it's time to tweak it.
Consider your contract
